Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

We offer our customers a complete “no fuss” return & refund policy. However, CHAI WAALE TRADES PRIVATE LIMITED makes it clear that Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds are only applicable to the FMCG products purchased through the official website of CHAI WAALE. No return, exchange, or refund will be encouraged by CHAI WAALE on products bought through any other source except for the official website of CHAI WAALE.

Product Varies From Image

  • Our quality assurance process ensures that only the best products reach our customers. However, the received product might vary in finish and appearance. It is because of the lighting in which the picture is shot and your display screen.
  • If you’re not happy with your order, you can return it within ten days of delivery. Please take care not to use, alter, wash, soil, or damage the products.
  • Once we receive the product at our place, we perform quality testing to check everything is in place.
  • We will send an exchange or refund once the returned item has passed quality checks and is verified to be unused and in its original packaging.
  • The refund might be reflected in your account within ten business days.

Cancellation Policy

Chai Waale believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has a liberal cancellation policy.

Under this policy:

  • We will consider cancellations if you request cancellation within 48 hours of placing an order.
  • However, we do not entertain cancellation requests if the orders have been communicated to the operational team and the operations team has initiated the assignment process.
  • It is possible to cancel orders before they are shipped without extra charges. Please contact us at our customer service hotline or email us to cancel your order.
  • Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
  • Custom products are ‘made to order.’ These orders are non-cancellable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable. However, we can replace them if you receive a damaged or incorrect product.
  • The Company Refund Policy will strictly govern the cancellation and refund of fees or charges informed and declared occasionally.
  • No cancellations are entertained for those products/services that the Chai Waale’s marketing team has obtained on special discounts and offers on New Year, Pongal, Diwali, Eid, Independence Day, Foundation Day, etc.
  • Cancellations are not possible on all, including the above special occasions.
  • The purchaser has to bear the shipping/logistics charges for the products ordered returned or canceled.
  • Any new product ordered after canceling the earlier order would attract fresh shipping/logistics charges.
