The franchisee will locally source perishable raw materials like milk, vegetables, and confectionery that has a limited shelf life. However, the franchisor will update the items and determine item specifications, and vendor approvals based on the franchisee’s recommendations.

Franchisees are responsible for procuring all machinery and furniture based on the company’s provided guidelines and specifications, which include brand, model number, color, size, capacity, and more. They can choose to buy from a manufacturer-authorized dealer or seek guidance from the brand. This is to maintain uniformity across stores and their performance. This will give an instant benefit in saving costs and an added advantage that will directly enhance the return on investment (ROI) in the long term.
